Eva Katherina POESL - Daughter of George POESL and Barbara OESTRICKER

• Born: June 1815 in Newsath Bavaria, Germany
• Died: Fanda, Iowa in early 1890's

They immigrated on Ship Johannes from Bremer on September 10, 1855 to Baltimore.  Story is Ignatius was a cook on the ship to pay their passage. "Germans to America" indicates last residence Solke in Germany and final destination Missouri.

4. Joseph KRAUSMAN    Born July 31, 1854 in Nabburg    Died on ship on way to America. The story goes his mother held him for 3 days so they could bury him on land instead the ocean.
5. Mary KRAUSMAN    Born 1856 in Freeport, Illinois    Married Godfrey Miller in 1875   Died April 8, 1927 in Fonda, Iowa
